Shipping Policy

1. Request for exchange should be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Pieces purchased on sale, discount, credit note and offers are not eligible for exchange.
3. Any item once exchanges could not be exchanged twice.
4. Exchange is only possible for size of the same product and not with other item.
5. If the requested product is out of stock then we’ll issue a credit note for the same.
6. Exchange will be completed within 7 working days.

1. We do not provide bank refunds on any product once sold.
2. You can only exchange it for a different size of the same product.
3. Refunds are only allowed if the product is wrongfully delivered, i.e. product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation, or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
4.Pieces purchased on sale, discount, credit note and offers are not eligible for returns.
5. Request for exchange should be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
6. All products are hand-made, refunds are not accepted due to slight variation from the provided picture on the website.
7. Exchange are not accepted due to colour difference as ten percent variation is accounted for due to screen resolution and lighting.
8. Refunds are not accepted if the customer do not like the material of the product.

**For Return and exchange of any product, Customer has to courier the delivered product.
